درباره تدبیر دارو سلامت

معرفی ساختار پلت:

پلت ها ، گرانول های کروی یا نسبتاً کروی، با ریزش پذیری خوب هستند که در کاربرد های داروسازی، دارای توزیع اندازه ذره ای از الک مش 30 الی 10 می باشند. این فرم از دارو ها بصورت عمومی از طریق پروسه پلت کردن pelletization process تهیه می شوند که در آن یک پودر شامل مخلوطی از ذرات مـاده موثـره داروئی (API) و اکسیپیـان ها بصورت گرانول هـای کـروی شکل داده می شوند. پس از ساخته شدن، پلت ها همواره درون کپسول های ژلاتینی سخت پر می شوند و یا به صورت قرص تحت پرس (MUPs) قرار می گیرند.

بعلاوه، پلت ها می توانند بصورت اشکال با آزاد سازی سریع و یا اشکال با زمان آزاد سازی بلند مدت و یا طوری روکش داده شوند که در محل خاصی در دستگاه گوارشی دارو را آزاد کنند. پلت ها بستر بسیار قابل انعطافی را در مرحله طراحی و توسعه اشکال داروئی فراهم میکنند.

پلت ها می توانند بدون فرمولاسیون و تغییرات در پروسه ساخت، به دوزهایی با پتنسی متفاوت تقسیم شوند و همچنین می توان داروهایی را که بصورت شیمیایی با هم قابل ترکیب نیستند در کنار هم مخلوط نمود و یا ذراتی را با الگوی آزادسازی متفاوت در قسمت های مختلف دستگاه گوارش طراحی نمود.

پلت ها اثر آزاد سازی ناگهانی دارو یا dose dumping را حذف کرده و لذا افزایش ملایمتر پروفایل غلظت پلاسمائی دارو را سبب شده و نسبت به قرص ها جذب تدریجی بهتری دارند که این امر باعث کاهش عوارض و افزایش اثرات داروها میگردد.
